An international forwarder is looking for Global Account Manager.

• Global Control Tower role to Manage the execution of Global accounts including performance management, day to day operations over sight, overseas coordination
• Develop additional business opportunities within existing assigned accounts seeking creative value add solutions based on business knowledge
• Supervise Support Staff
• Manage all activities to meet customer requirements including shipment upgrades, coordination and other
• Primary POC for matters relating to assigned Accounts
• Manage completion of all customer performance and analysis reports, customer presentations, and other internal reports and presentations as required.
No business trip.
