Manufacturing / Metal Fabrication
This company is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing and engineering operations in a metal fabrication environment. This role is responsible for improving production processes, supporting quality assurance activities, and leading technical projects in collaboration with production teams and headquarters.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead production line planning and process improvement initiatives
  • Support manufacturing operations and resolve technical issues
  • Coordinate with Production, QA, and Headquarters Engineering teams
  • Support new product launches and customer projects
  • Assist with quality assurance activities and customer issue resolution
  • Train and develop production staff on technical processes
  • Analyze production and QA data to improve efficiency and product quality
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
  • 8+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
  • Experience with ISO 9001 / 14001 procedures
  • Knowledge of testing and measuring tools used in metal fabrication
  • Strong Excel, project management, and leadership skills
  • Ability to coach teams and solve technical problems in a fast-paced environment
